Default Sick of WATER SPOTS! Hard water filters???

I clean my black Firehawk once a week due to it being black!
There is too much hard water here in Nothern VA.

Even if I towel dry it right after I wash, it still spots, just smaller sizes.

Any tips, tricks?
Only thing that works is if I wax after the wash, or dump buckets of Kitchen or shower water after it is washed.

Anyone buy water filters for this?

Mr. Clean Ionizer I have tried, the filters don't last long and are too expensive.

How about this or something similar?

How much $ is that?

I wonder why when I dump buckets of water on the car from the Kitchen facet that it doesn't spot, only from the outdoor spicket where the hose is connected?

ShowRoom FX sells a dionizer that is portable like a nitrous tank. I believe it's like $2xx.
