I voted green on green. It'll be unique, yet not too obnoxious. Even if it IS obnoxious, it'll look amazing and be eye-catching. Bring it to shows and you're guaranteed to bring home trophies, if you haven't already. Why is it that hot rods can do whatever they want in any color, but we aren't?

being a painter id advice against true fire at all, The reason true fire shows up so viberant is because its generally painted over black. Using another color as a base has a tendency to dumb down the desired effect and make it loose its visual appeal. Id say leave her as is or maybe do some black blackbird stripes on the hood or maybe some 35th anni style stripes

White true flames with some white pearls also would go with that green, but to pull it off the painter must know what there doing to much overcoat from the flame job will stand out on the bright green, that's why black is a good color to do it on,after you do your flames you can fix some of the overspray with more black

not bad, but it would not hide all the spots on the hood & fenders
im torn on this myself but i gotta fix it & plus it would be to difficult to match this paint.
yeah i agree it would look great but the blemishes would not be covered up.

I'm more for the subtle, make you look twice and even a third time appearance mods, hence why I voted for the green/ghost flame setup.
I'd like to do the same with my car. A nice real flame job but in ghost flame style so that you only see it if you stare at it.
