Steering wheel buttons???

Not sure how to search this for the forum so im just gonna ask...Switching out all the lights to LEDs but my steering wheel has all the buttons for the radio and what not but because ive got an aftermarket they dont work anyway...So I was wondering whats the easiest way of making the steeringwheels lights not light up?? Is there a bulb under each button or is there a connector i can just unplug....?? AnyIdeas

Pull the buttons...there is a small connector behind them. Unplug it and never worry about them again.

Thank you I figured it was somethin like that but i wanted a confirm before I went snappin **** off lol

so they just pop off? cuz i need to change mine to blue leds

The bulbs are pretty bright in the camaros already for the SW buttons. I recently swapped my grey T/A buttons to the black Camaro ones and swapped the bulbs between the two. I have the old red board in the black buttons now, but I hooked them up before the bulb swap and the blue was pretty bright.

I think it would be best to find a car without the steering wheel control option. There are plenty of V6 cars and even V8 cars out there in the yards without the option.
