Default Springtime + HRE

Got the car out of storage. Wondered what the set of HRE 545s would look like on the car. I have yet to clean and polish them, so bare with me. Also has a new LS2, and is [finally] lowered!

18x10.5 all around

Oh hai LS2!

Which do you prefer?

I like the Z06's better. But that's just me. I've never been a fan of rivets. The HRE's do look nice though. Maybe they just need a good polish and I'll like them more. They do remind me of DD's C5's though a lot.

HRE FTW. Even though they need touching up, they still look better than the ZO6's IMHO.

I actually prefer the ZO6s just due to the rivets on the HREs. Can't stand rivets on 99% pf the wheels out there. I think the lack of a decent lug nut messes up the image too.

I think they might look off because they are both 18x10.5. I have 2 18s for the back and 2 17s for the front, but wanted to see what it would look like with all 18s. It looks strange to me without the stagger.

I agree on the lug nuts. I don't have a decent set yet. I have mixed feelings about the rivets, too.

Man if I were you I'd shine up those HREs, clean up the zo6s, and sell both sets for some RR10 bogarts
