Quick questions on what color to paint.....

Quick questions on what color to paint..... My car is SOM.
TB is black
Valve covers are black
relocated coil packs
Hood hinges are black
chromed hose clamps everywhere
I want to paint my fuse box covers and my intake. I was thinking of painting the intake SOM to match the car and the fuse box covers a gloss black. What is the best way to paint this stuff? Just sand, primer, sand, paint, sand, paint, sand, clear? I want these to look very good. Thanks for your time.

Re: Quick questions on what color to paint..... I would do them SOM. Would look bad ***. I had a bodyshop do mine cast a bit but looks perfect. Where did you get all the chrome clamps I need some? Any Pictures?
