To get the door panel off:
There are a total of 4 large screws holding the panel on. One is in the map pocket, the other two are under the armrest. Use a long Philips screwdriver to get them out. Then you need to take the small screw out of the black plastic piece that is behind the door handle. When you take that out, you can pull up on the power window switches. Underneath that is the 4th large screw that you'll need to take off. You might need to take off the small triangular panel which is near the rear view mirror, this is held on by a long skinny screw.
Once you have unscrewed your door (hehe -whack, stop it Beavis) stick your fingers in the gap between your window and the rubber liner that is at the top of the door, and gently, but firmly pull the door panel up and back, so that the whole top piece of the panel is unhooked from the door frame. Once you have this unhooked, just take the whole door panel by the armrest and pull up and out.
The door is held on by several plastic 'L' shaped hooks that hold it on the door. These WILL break if you pull on them the wrong way. Remember to pull UP and OUT to get the panel off. Once you get it off, remember to unhook all the wires going to the window and power mirror switches (if your car has these).
I know its better to see pictures, but I don't have any. To my knowledge, the instructions havent changed throughout the whole 4th Generation F-body.
