I think that was the point

Remember that the Procars are meant to replace stock seats in an otherwise stock interior.. they are SUPPOSED to look retro and such..

Thanks for the input.. I may just stick with the 4th gen seats for now.. the Recaros will be the same as I had in my 2000 SS.. they offered me a sponsorship discount but wanted me to put stickers on my car!!

No stickerzzzz on my ride..

I priced a set of corbeau's in leather, and it's like $300 more.

If I walked up to a stunning '69 like your is going to be, and it had some non-factory seats inside, they better be at least some cool looking "performance" inspired seat. Those Procars look okay for a "musclecar look", but I'd be wondering why the owner of this beautiful '69 pro-touring car had some seats that look like they were borrowed from a early 70s family car. lol.

The Corbeaus look MUCH better and fit the "modern" attitude of your car.

But, I'd still go with some custom covered 4th gen seats for the price

yea.. I agree Tony.. its just that I like headrests and the only sporty seat I like WITH headrests are the Recaros.. I will most likely run the 4th gen seats till I can hook up a set Recaro "Style" seats

4th gen seats with custom houndstooth covers. Gotta go for the
modern look with a classic feel.

I just meant that if your making an updated retro style car why have that 70's vinyl look in your sick a$$ car. In California (on a hot day) without air conditioning in the car you'll stick to the material like you just took a shower in glue. I hate that 70's vinyl feeling.

Just say NO to vinyl.. I was actually looking at the black fabric choice -- heck, I dont even really like leather as it dosent wear as well as fabric and is hot as hell in the summer..
