Orbital Buffer
Try 3M, Menzerna, Meguiar's dual action cleaner polish, etc. then finish it off with Zaino.
You guys need to check out www.autopia.org/forums and read up. TONS of great info. and learning.
For polishing, I'd highly recommend using Menzerna polishes - available at www.properautocare.com , but other viable alternatives from 3m exist, as well as the meguiars Dual Action Cleaner/Polish, another very good product.
Quik WS6, These would be the best for use with your new buffer. http://www.properautocare.com/menpolandpad.html
I was at Lowe's today, my store only carries model 7336 which according to the website is a random orbital sander. It listed for $109.00 just like you had posted. I was reluctant to buy it b/c I was looking for model 7424. If I may ask, did you buy the 7336, or another model? After checking the Porter Cable website, I can't really find any difference between the 7336 R/O Sander and the 7424 R/O Polisher.
Bottom line: Do I buy the 7336?
Thanks,
Tony

If you have any swirls/spiderwebbing on your car that you would like to remove I cannot stress enough how effective a dual-action porter cable combined with Menzerna polishes or Meguiars Dual-Action cleaner polish is
