Default Black painted calipers

Hey guys, im about to paint my calipers on my 99 SS. I picked up some "universal black" high temp spray paint. Just wanted to see if anyone had some pics of what it looks like done.... Kinda like to get a good idea before i actually do it! Thanks!

I did them recently. Used the plastic bag method seen on www.ls1howto.com and it turned out quite nice.


Here they are right after I finished...

He are mine. Used Universal Black and some high temp clear also. The brackets are painted Aluminum color.

Thanks guys... looks nice. I painted mine tonight. I painted everything black, including the rotor hats. Ill try to get some pics posted up if i get the chance...

Hey alexWS6, what did you use for the trans am lettering on those calipers? Is it a sticker or are they painted on?

I'll be doing mine in about 3 weeks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I'm paiting the calipers, replacing all four rotors with the Eradispeed's and I'm alson puting chrome Camaro decals on them along with chromed brackets (thank you blu beast) I can't wait and I'll be posting pics ASAP <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
