Ground effects??!?!?!?!?!? Yay or nay Hello everyone,
I just picked up a 2000 Z28 M6 with 45k miles. I am really happy with the car but am debating whether or not to keep the ground effects. At first I didnt like them, but the more I look at them the more they grow on me. From the side/rear I think it looks good, but I dont really like the front.
Looking around on the side, there are several members with great looking camaros with the factory ground effects. I plan to upgrade to 10 spoke SS wheels shortly, do you think I should keep or ditch the ground effects?

If the gfx's are from the factory than I would say keep them on bc you will have holes and waves. I took mine off, but I will be getting my car repainted eventually. I think car looks better w/o them but it didn't look to bad with them.

Gfx are fine but i would get a wings west front lip like 808 suggested. Lowering springs are a most as is rims but i wouldnt put the 10 spoke SS wheels on her get some chrome C6 ZO6 DD wheels, you wont be disappointed.
Honestly they look fine, there are people that love them and people who hate them its all preference. Its not like its some crazy bodykit people stick on imports, it looks clean. But if you do decide to take them off I would be careful because there might be visible damage from the install and it might look worse

Those are subtle, look good. It's the ones we all know are 'ricer' that suck, where they drop down 8 inches all the way to the ground. Yick. But yours looks great, just a slight visual difference from the norm.
