It looks weird, lose all the graphics except the red rear window firebird(remove "formula" letters). By the way, how much are you buying it for????? I ask because if they add or get stuff for it, like you mentioned oem wheels.... its gonna bump up the price of it.

Formys look exactly like V6s.

 

We have them at $9,300 right now, trying to talk them down to $9,000. That price includes the OEM wheels...They actually want the buyer to PAY EXTRA for the wheels that are on it now

I have a good knowledge base of 4th gen f-body cars. I know that the formula is a trans am powertrain in a V6 body, excuse me for not knowing its called sleek beak, V6's are trash imo and I always either intended on getting a Z28/SS/Trans Am so I didn't know its called that.

 

Take 9k cash in there and i bet they will take it. Is it Auto Or Manual You never posted?

I could do that on my end, my dad will probably have to cut a check for the rest though. I'm putting it $5500 cash and he is covering the rest since I found this one before the end of summer.

It is an A4. I haven't learned how to drive a stick consistently, I think I make it harder than it actually should be, and I don't want to pass up a low mileage LS1 like this one.

I finally found something I can live with I think. I love most ram air hoods so I either need a real WS6 hood (which I can't justify spending the money on) or I have to do something else with the hood. It took a lot of searching but what do you guys think of this stripe kit?

I have only seen the 3 cars on their website with this kit and no reviews or threads I have seen discussing it. whats the consensus on that one?

 

Don't like red and yellow...looks very hulk hogan...but I like the decal. Kind of want that for my car just as a ghost decal

 

As soon as I saw it I thought of Hulk Hogan lol. They have it in other colors obviously, the yellow just popped. White or black on my red car would probably look nice

 

I say everything goes except for the front formula sticker. And yes, Please. New wheels.. Other than that, the car looks like it has nice paint. Hope you got a good deal. I don't trust dealerships. $$$

 

I guess I could keep the Formula sticker and take it off later, that one should be easier since it's on glass, i'd hope. They won't go any lower than $9300 + fees cash or not so total price will be like $10,500 on the road I think.

I'm probably going to keep the vinyl inlays for the "Pontiac" on the headlight and "Pontiac" on the rear bumper, as well as the "Formula" overlays at the bottom of the doors for now.

 

Better to both remove all the stickers and spend that 10 grand on someones car here. There are several very nice cars for sale with low mile modded motors in the cclassifieds. That cars owner had no brains by the looks of his mods. Even if the miles are low I'd avoid that car. It would be like buying a low mile fbody from a kid who put nitrous on it... just looking at all that mismatched vinyl tells you they knew nothing about how to care for that car.

Edit: also, any respectable dealership would have removed all that vinyl and detailed that thing. It tells you alot about your chosen stealership that they didn't do **** to it but wash it... and they want extra for wheels that are worth less than stock wheels. Run while you can boy. Be patient and you will find MUCH BETTER cars on here for LESS.

 

i second this...RUN! 9k$ can get you alot(especially since its a buyers market, everyones selling there toys cheap)...that car screams "VATOS LOCOS HOLMES" lmao...if you do get it though, make them strip everything, the horrible wings, the wal-mart wheels, all that crap blocking your vision on the rear window lmao all of it, roll out of there with a stock looking car =)

 

Well its kind of late guys I'm picking it up today.

I looked in the classifieds but I couldn't find any for sale in MD that were a better deal than this. There was one T/A but it was like an hour and a half away and he wanted $8500 for 99,xxx miles.

 

I! Got it confused i don't pay much attention most of the time. Lol I assumed that all formulas came with the firehawk hood. Idky It makes sense now.
