Default power window motors question/idea

if fbody window motors blow ball sack wouldnt it be possible to put a motor from a different GM vehicle that wasnt prone to shitting on us?? has this been covered in the countless motor threads?

What I wanna know is, why my friends Nissan SUV opens and closes windows so fast it looks like it drops down and snaps up but ours are so freakin slow?! I'd love to swap motors with him! LoL

would this be possible? with little modding? would it be worth the time money effort put in?

Just do the thermal bypass and wiring fix. Most of the issue is that the pass side power is routed through the driver's side switch = voltage drop and added resistance. I bought a new regulator years ago and did the thermal bypass and wiring fix. Haven't had a problem with it.. But the window goes up and down so quick now, it almost slams on the bottom stop.
