Newest mod.. project almost done... Well, Im nearing the end of this particular journey.. Ive got the new braided AC system back online, electrical system is re-installed (stereo works) and ive installed the new SLP hi-cap radiator. Tomorrow I pick up the polished 98 water pump and then I install it after a little ZOOPSEAL. After that I just need to finish up the fuel system and bleed out the new powder painted brakes. Oh, and install my new Q-tech electric cut-out <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> (god, does the list ever end.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> )
One of my fun mods was designing a new power steering cooling system. At track day I often cook up my PS fluid pretty good so I came up with this idea. Its a 15,000 24" GVW PermaCool trans cooler mounted behind the front airdam. Not only should this cool the PS fluid better when the car is in motion but it should increase my fluid capacity. This model is equiped with #6 AN fittings.

I will see how this works and if I feel its needed I will neatly cut some small slits in the airdam to allow more airflow over the cooler. BTW, I kept the factory cooler and just plugged off the holes. Now to design an oil cooler.. lol
