Or get a set of the aftermarket housings with the removable projector and replace the projectors with Valeo projectors from mid-2000s Audi A4/S4.
(link posted above and available in the Lighting FAQ).
Those are just two of many options, but probably the 2 easiest choices.

Ive used the company mod express for sometime ordering my hids so im going to go with them with a 35 watt set up. Should this be correct guys?

The Retrofit Source has their own website and you can buy directly from there instead of ebay.
Guess the address. I shouldn't post a direct-link to a non-sponsor. It's an easy guess though.
$120 for Projectors & shrouds alone.
$270 for Projectors, shrouds, ballasts, bulbs.
Their HID kit is $150 because they use better bulbs than the cheap kits on ebay. Although $150 for an aftermarket HID kit is a bit expensive. The bulbs by themselves are $70 on their site.
They also have various connectors and other things to help with the install.
They also have ccfl halo/angle-eye available.

Their Morimoto bulbs are only $40. Genuine Philips bulbs, yeah, those get really expensive, I'd go with the Morimotos.
I see that the Morimoto mini H1 projector now has a 9006 adapter plate. So, screw what I said about the trimming, it may be even easier to do now.

I don't really know, but I think they say the capsule on the XB35 is better so it should give off more light and run cooler. Then again, it could just be marketing speak. The Retrofit Source is pretty responsive to emails, so they may give a better answer if someone emails them.

Bringing this back from the dead (sort of), but I'm working with one right now, and the short answer is that the adapter they include isn't clocked correctly for the Camaro housing. Everything else looks like it'll fit just fine, so it'll be on me to get it clocked correctly. Not too concerned about it, but it won't be exactly plug and play. Looks like the shroud will clear just fine too...kinda nice that it just screws in to these projectors instead of having to glue it on.

This won't be a quick swap, though. I'm currently working with my stock headlight assemblies for practice, and intend to buy all new stock housings when I move on from this "draft" phase. I have already decided to do some very light grinding on the inner portion of the reflector housing to allow the projector to seat a little better, so I'll see how that goes. I fully intend to post up some pics to help others that may be in the same boat. With this project, I have all the time in the world with winter coming up.

When you are ready, please post a thread with pics showing what you did to get those projectors in there and before and after pics of the completed housings and output/beam comparison pics comparing Stock / Sonar / Mini H1.
You could just start a "work-in-progress" thread showing what you've done so far and how it looks and keep adding to it as you complete them.
I know that's a lot to ask, but I'd like to add the thread to the Lighting FAQ. I think it will be very helpful to others looking for improved lighting.
I don't have a 1998-2002 Camaro, otherwise I'd do it myself.
Thanks.
