Beautiful car, nice job!

I'm nitpicking but it would be a clearner look without the "346" on the side of the hood and LS1 on the tail but don't take it as a criticism, just my taste, I'm impressed with what you've built!

At first I was hesitant to add the hood emblems, but I really like incorporating some old school muscle car traditions in this car. Back in the day, companies introduced the concept of displaying the engine size or CI on the exterior of a car, because they were never afraid to reveal what was hidden under the hood. I never liked the concept of the "sleeper" car, and so many people ask me at the stoplight "what does that have in it" and now it is simply stated on the hood. I like letting people know just what they are looking at or up against, and as for heads/cam I think they can find the answer coming from under the hood. I like little old school touches and this one grows on me.

Looks great. I am surprised to see so much body roll from a car with that much suspension work.

I am running the KYB AGX's and I had them set to about 1/2 of the stiffness they can go. I like to drive that car as I do on the street, and I am also lowered. The only thing that is stock on the suspension is a K-member up front which might help to tighten things up, but for a 4th Gen, she dives right into every corner and exits with a vengeance without letting go. I couldn't ask for anything better from that car. Maybe Koni's or Bilsteins if I become unhappy but so far the AGX's were a great choice.

I already have a 402ci short block setup that I will have by the end of this year, so maybe the PRC 227 Heads will have better numbers to produce with the additional volume. I think it becomes inevitable to keep building this car, and I believe the addition of a 5 point bolt in cage is becoming necessary. We'll see!

Well I bought my LS2 block, and my 402 Stroker kit has arrived from TSP. I can't wait to use all of my current mods on this new block setup and the new Stroker Cam I ordered. I will post more pics soon, especially after I complete a few more aesthetic mods in the Engine Bay. I'll keep everyone posted!

I found it on ebay at of all places. I had never seen it before but it's a great piece.
