adding pop hatch button?

my z28 doesnt have the pop hatch button can i add this? if so how would i go about doing it? i looked but didnt find anything about it other than the weak spring issues.

You can just tap into the power at the back and use the button to make a ground. Its pretty Easy. I have a hatch release and button off my car if you need one.
