Wipers going on by themselves? Randomly?

Wipers going on by themselves? Randomly? So recently my LT1 camaro has been doing something strange.
Wipers are off, for sure.
Start the car, and 15 seconds later the wipers make one pass over the windshield. Sometimes it'll do this up to 3 times. After driving for a few minutes, it doesn't do it anymore. If you park it, then start it up again, itll do the same thing.
You can drive it for 30+ mins and it'll only do it in the beginning after start-up as described.
WTF?
Only thing I can think of is a short in the intermittent selector that is causing this.
I can't imagine I'm the only one experiencing this.
Anyone else had this prob?

Ok so just finished my fuel pump install, haven't drove the car for a couple weeks, and now the wipers are going off like crazy. Literally. WTF? They go crazy, then re-set, then go again just seconds later.
Fuel pump is fixed, to bad I can't drive the car without pulling the wiper fuse!
