Yeah man, I have the same thing on my steering wheel in some places. Does it look almost like it's microscopic dabs of white paint or something? I tried Goo-Gone and that didn't do a thing, no idea what these dots are and it's not a big deal, it just shouldn't be there. I can snap a quick pic of what I'm talking about if needed....
