thanx, goin to paint it and try some plasti-dip flat black stripes coming from the vents.

reminds me of the terminator hood, i wonder how that would look on a 4th gen z28 hood hmmm.

find a cheap hood.

my next one is actually goin to have a mustang part on it. lol

heres what itll be but its on my buddies sn95 mustang.

we measured it out on my hood and itll fit nicely.

I like it! Might have some hope left for my stock flat hood if i can find something to do to it.

i like the gt500 vent, think it would only work for an lt1 hood though because they are straight.

lol here is something i did to my car in paint REALLY quick, i think if it was executed well it could be a great looking hood

just find another hood somewhere for cheap and try it out.

hmmm im very tempted lol i was thinking about getting a sunoco hood but this would save me alot of money lol

didnt wanna keep driving around with a partially primered hood so decided to go buy some duplicolor paint shop jet black paint and go at it. i didnt have my big spray gun and my compressor is small so it came out with some tiger stripes. wholes cars goin to get painted in a while so i dont care.

thanx again guys. ive been thinkin of havin stripes coming from the vents but not sure what color i wanna do. i was thinkin of either flat black or maybe the blue that my intake color is or maybe a darker blue.

so i talked with a company that builds body kits and this type of stuff and they said that theyll put it into production if i can get 20 paid orders. would be nice to see these things floating around.

You could do pink stripes - to match the color your intake used to be ;-)

like a screwed up 4th gen firebird hood haha it would prolly look bad *** if its done right

Nice work...

You might want to weld some bracing underneath to keep it solid.
(before you paint it of course)
