Here's mine:



It was made by a guy on here whose username was beer99c5. Back then, he would make it any way you wanted it with whatever switches you wanted, etc. I'm not sure if he still does it or not to be honest. Costed $35 if I recall correctly

i dont think my HTC Thunderbolt will fit in this cubby hole lol

I usually throw my phone or house keys/change in there.
It's one place where they don't rattle on bumpy roads or just 'cuz of my car.
I don't smoke so my top's switch will be in the ashtray.

I use mine to hold my cigs. iPhone just won't fit in there, lol. After I park the car and start to redo a lot of stuff on the car, it's gonna be a non smoking car and there at the cubby hole, I may put a switch for an electric cut out and maybe something else, haven't decided yet.

Ya I tried my best to not let my SS be a non smoking car but can't help it lol, but I DO NOT use the ash tray.

In the 4-5 years I've owned my car, I have NEVER used my ash tray other than to hold loose change in. I only ash out the window and have my window down about half way to let the smoke/smell leave the car. I guess that's why people can't tell I smoke in my car until I either tell them or they ask if they can, lol.

I used the ashtray with my old Camaro and it would smell like ****, not doing it to the SS.

Yea I never use the ash tray and always have my windows down halfway to if you use the ash tray then your car will smell like one

i broke off my ashtray lid so i ripped out the ashtray and my Evo 3D in the otterbox and clip fit perfect in that hole (the clip part goes in the hole) i never used the cubby for anyhting so im still looking for something to use it for haha

I almost never use that cubby. I keep my blue tooth headset in the sometimes ad that's all. So here's what I did:

My ashtray lid is broke too, I may have to try this since I also have an EVO with an Otterbox..
