im not doing hid in the stock housings so for now im doing the the foglights im using piaa low beam bulbs which give out a slight blueish tint im thinking of doing 6k or 8k in the fogs what do u guys think?

Get the 6k foglight bulbs but they are not going to look like true HIDs. I put real 6k HIDs on my stock housing in my headlights and put Nokya 6k fog bulbs and they both look completely different, HIDs being wayyyy better. The bulbs will not be blue, but a white.

did u notice a big difference with the 6k hid fogs over a regular bulb?

blue/white doesn't "cut" through through fog. yellow does. get 3000k 35watts

That, yes. It's not as yellow as stocks lol. Wouldn't say a big difference but a much better difference. If your comparing stock bulbs vs hid fog bulbs then hid fogs takes the cake.
