Been looking for awhile now and can't find it.

Does anyone have any DECENT pictures of black face gauge/HVAC/shift plate overlays installed in an ebony interior. I'm worried that the black will stick out too much against the stock ebony interior. If so, I'd probably go with silver metallic.

Black is black. It looks fine. All stock '00-'02 Camaros came with black gauges on Ebony interiors (if Ebony came with your car). Mine did.


I'm not sure you're asking the right question...

He has a Firebird, therefore his overlays are dark gray backed, like mine.

That said, black sticks out A LOT less than silver...

Yea but I think black will look like you tried to match the color and failed, whereas silver will look like you meant to change the color.

Just look around on here. There are tons of guys in Camaro's with T/A bezels. That's all you need, right?
