I'm looking for a deep tapered lug nut. I have had no luck finding this.

I put in a 12 bolt and have a set of Boggart drag wheels. I needed longer studs and long shank lugnuts to accomidate the built in spacers (no problem here).

Now when I put on my chrome wheels my chrome caps will no longer fit. They bottom out on the longer stud. I can't find any long tapered lugnuts for the chrome wheels. I've called McGuard and all of the major players none of them are going to make them. They claim there is no demand for them because they are metric.

Does anyone have this problem or a solution.

Thanks for the idea. I checked into this option and it turns out that they only are about 1/4 inch deeper I need at least 1/2 inch maybe more. the funny thing is McGuard used to make the lugnuts I need but stopped making them, they have no plans on making them again.

My rear wheels are 10.5 wide now spacers would put me out too far, it would rub.

One thing to try is get a set of spline-drive nuts and drill out the end, letting the lug pass through. This should better illustrate what I'm talking about. That, or get spacers for your chrome wheels...
