Switch panel (with pic) I picked up one of these last week and I'm very happy with it. A fellow forum member (his forum name is "slow") makes them and the quality is top notch. It fit perfectly into that small opening in front of the shifter and looks clean. I had mine set up to control my line lock, fans, and cutout, but I believe he can set the panels up in multiple configurations.

This one isn't... NX sells one with SPDT lighted, SPST momentary, and DPDT momentary switches. Great for n2o, but that's about it. I got mine configured with the switches I needed for my setup, something NX doesn't offer, and this one didn't cost $70 like the NX one.
That's pretty. I would need one of those positions
to be the convertible top switch though, which would
break up the theme. Three matching OEM-style switch
caps, though, and I would just have to have one.

The factory vert switch, is like a power window switch, that holds ground to all the terminals, and when pushed, changed the ground, to +12 volts of one wire to complete the circuit.
You could simply rewire it to a standard DPDT switch, and it should work, if I am reading that schematic correct, as there are just +12 and 2 grounds going into the switch, and 2 wires leaving it to the motor.
The switches shown are rated for 20 amps, not sure if thats enough or not. 2 relays could easily be used to make it work, if your game for that kind of rewiring, but that is above what most people will do, for a simple mod like this.

I'm currently using a factory vert switch for my cutout, and the factory tcs switch for my line lock... not bad, but I kinda like the setup above as well. May have to look into changing a few things.
