I'm not sure what your asking but emblempros is a very reputable company on this site they do A+ work so you can trust them if your having problems send dragonz28 (I think thats correct) a pm

If you have placed an order: Send me an email or call me up. I will be glad tell you if it has shipped, or when it will be.
Priority mail shipping is only the speed of the post office delivery time, not the manufacturing time of a piece.
We require about three (3) business days to get standard website items in the mail. Business days do not count weekends.
You should expect "under normal circumstances" to receive your order about one week after it is placed.
Sorry, I do not always equate real names and user names in all cases. I currently have two orders from San Jose, not sure which one is yours?

Sometimes I could be on the phone with someone else. I could also be running equipment, and not hear the phone.
We do all of our work in house, and nothing is farmed out. We do actually run our own machines. This gives you guys a better cost.
There is absolutely no reason anyone on this site can not ever reach me. Additionally: I always send out emails when items ship, so maybe you can check there as well.

you wont find a single person to say a bad thing about emblem pros i was a fan back in the day when he was like muffinbuster or something like that on ebay makes quality top notch items wouldnt shop any place else for that stuff

emblempros does great work! they have made me quite a few emblems, and im actually working with roger right now to make an emblem for my dads SS! very fast replies through emails, and even talked with him over the phone. EXCELLENT customer service! and shipping is very fast! usually tells ya how long it will take to make and its in the mail!
