You also need a big torx socket to remove the bottom seatbelt bolt. Keep in mind that the seatbelt threads through that holder on the headrest. Gotta get that unbolted and out of the way, unless you have a convertible. The stock seats on those have a slit in the seatbelt bracket on the seat where you can get the whole belt out without any trouble.

Kinda odd that I don't care for the white seats, but dig the red ones from 6LE. And I drive a WHITE F-Body.

Haha, had forgot about them until recently when a buddy of mine asked for them, to replace his cloth seats ... PM'ing you...
