Default 2012 Porsche Panamera Turbo S correction detail

This fully loaded, beautifully appointed, and savagely fast Panamera Turbo S came in for the ultimate treatment. This Turbo S is 1 of only 64 in the country. Supercar speed, Supercar luxury, Supercar exclusivity!

Bob and I tag-teamed this one to bring out the best in the beautiful Porsche paint. This is a good example of why new cars need thorough detailing. It was in good order, but it needed to be better.....so we got to work!

On the containment mat, getting reading for foaming and washing

Wheels and wheel wells needed some attention

Dirty calipers...........MASSIVE calipers

Wax on the factory clear bra in front of the rear wheels

Water spots needed sorting out....

Dirty exhaust tips...

Wheels freshly cleaned and calipers looking much better!

Dialed in.....

Claying on the hood

Ready for inspection and correction

RIDS..........

RID on hood....

Sorted out!

RID on roof. Not easy to find and not the easiest to correct, but just because it takes longer doesn't mean you skip it.

Corrected!

Swirls on the rear hatch

50/50

Corrected

Delicate work required to take these deep RIDS out without damaging the lettering, as removal was not an option on this car

Much improved

Bob in action!

Sanding mark left behind at the factory

Paint corrected and looking proper

Working the final polishing

Check out the gloss, much improved.

Here are the pics that Bob took

Yes I did help wash the car...........here I am undertaking the difficult task of rinsing the finish (And Jeff...almost).

Blue Jean transfer on the drivers seat.

That issue taken care of.

More interior pics.

Backlit thresholds...........tightness.

Engine bay sans leaves and dealership "Brylcream" dressing.

Underside of retractable spoiler cleaned.

Bright & clear finish, now the car is "New".

Even the "Baby seat" was cleaned for the clients little boy.

Underside of the rear bumper cleaned.

A few sun pics.

Thanks for looking!

WOW fantastic job man, how much does service like this usually cost a customer?

Its. def. night and day difference, ide love to have it done to my camaro, but seeing the amount of time im expecting it took, it probably costs as much as it would for me to have my whole car painted haha

(i should probably elaborate, buddy of mine shoots show cars, so all it costs me is the price of paint, and a few hours of helping him prep)

Jeff, above and beyond like usual! Very impressive. Never seen "blue jean transfer" before. That due to the oils in the leather? Great work.

Thanks! There is no "usual" cost..... Because every car is different just as the defects are, so every job is unique. Some can be 200-300 and some can be 2000+. This one I believe was under 2k. You gotta remember though, a LOT of hours went into this car.

Thanks! Since this one was a joint venture, unfortunately I'm not at liberty to share it this time.

Thank you!! Its not really due to any oils, just the texture of the leather and how dyed the jeans are of the people sitting in it.
