Thanks for asking (I forgot to mention)... It is free within the 48, whatever it would be in addition to normal shipping to get to you (so say normal is $150 but it is $180 to you) we'd only charge you the difference (so we'd invoice you later for the $30.
If you buy and don't get an invoice it means the difference was that marginal (sometimes it is)...
