I picked the car up for 6,000$ 75k miles. Guy just didn't want it so I bougght it and converted !

Formulas are rarer and look better. They have a lean look where as Trans ams can look bloated

In high school I always dreamed of having a v6 firebird. So one day I came across a good deal on a firehawk and converted it to a base model, complete with the mighty 3.8l engine.

Yeah I think he's f*cking with us! OP: car looks great but being the owner of a V6 Bird and WS6 T/A, I start hating the look of the V6/Formula. At least my V6 has the W68 Package to make it bearable. But I'm the type that supports about any mod as long as the owner is happy. So congrats on getting your car the way you want it! And I LOVE those wheels!

Thanks guys! I'm keeping all the trans am parts so if I decide to ever convert back I can. Raptor hood I think will be the next purchase, maybe a ws6 still undecided.

To the op the previous owner did a t/a conversion on my car when he had it, he never mention my car being a formula, till my insurance told me it was, i then started to put everything back to a formula. & love the look, ppl usually look at it if its a v6, especially the mustang guys

when running a roll on the highway & beating them Lol, but ur car looks good & love the wheels! Keep it as a formula!

You sure he did a conversion? All Trans Ams WILL have the WS9 RPO code.
