Trans am to formula Car started life as a 2000 trans am, leather , ttop six speed all original. Have always wanted a formula so I started searching for formula parts and found some locally. Lowered the trans am on sport lines , then headers , 241 heads, ls6 tune, car dynoed 344/345 . Then slapped some HRE's on her and just couldn't get into to the trans am look. So I just converted here's a few pictures. Next is a ls2 swap out of my gto! Can only made 440/420 in the gto . Bigger heads fast 102 and nome nitrous should do the trick!

What ever floats your boat....poor poor T/A. I can't look at a formula without thinking of a sunfire and that kinda makes me throw up in my mouth a little. There's a super clean formula for sale near here for $4k OBO I just can't bring myself to drive it and the cost to convert it would be too much.
But seriously, lay off the whack job photo edit. Those pictures are so violated you can barely tell there's a car in the damn things.

whats the big deal about a formula? its basically a V6 body with an LS1. the other day someone asked me if my T/A was a formula, and i said no. and he said, "oh, it's just a trans am then..."

A lifter started to fail so i pulled the engine, (pulled the engine to check the bearings, has some metal in the oil) put it back together got a wild hair and decided to build a big motor for the GTO.414 for the goat with good parts and some nitrous! Figured id sell the ls1 swap the ls2 and build a 414 for the goat! I would like 470rwhp out of the formula. Should make for a fun little street car! Want 650 on nitrous in the GTO. NO girlfriend has inspired all of this LOL

OP did you keep the t/a rear bumper? i hate the look of the formulas

OP, the car looks nice with the HREs and Formula look, from what I can tell. Thunderstruck is definitely on to something there, maybe some more pictures of the new Formy without 5 other things to focus on, perhaps a bit closer? Just saying, I'd like to appreciate the Formula, not the construction equipment or the butt load of concrete you photographed... more pics?
