Fitment wasn't horrible but just alot worse than I had with my Sunoco hood and others I have seen.

I loved the look of it. But just driving with it was horrible.

I won't hesitate to buy another VFN hood.

Doesn't VFN have a new style 4in ram air hood so it's easier to drive, or is the one in the pics in this thread it ?

New style VFN I love it. I'm use to the tall hoods. Had a 5.5" on a cutlass then a 3" plus an old school pro stock scoop on a 75 Camaro that was back halfed/caged/bb/etc etc.

Unlike the older design VFN carries, this newer design drops down to the windshield. I have a friend who has the older style I sat in his then in mine and he did the same. He wants what I have because its easier to see over.

They have two styles of that hood. The true 4 inch and the sloped 4 inch I think I'd prefer the 4 inch sloped.

After seeing the 4" sloped I may still do it. It is a weekend toy and getting some parts that will match the look...

Ive seen one on a black car before and it really went well. Doesnt look right on that red ta though.
Maybe because it is a vert and has the short spoiler too? I think it makes the high profile stand out. And maybe the headlight covers as well.

Do it I love mine. The older style was my first choice but seen they came out with the current type an couldn't be happier.

Best looking VFN Hood IMO, puts the superhawk hood to shame, def dropping by Addison and picking one up from them when I get back from deployment
