Move the license plate to the filler panel between the tail lights and put the CME where the license plate originally goes? I can't photoshop otherwise I would.

There is a guy on here in the LT1 section that was looking at doin just that with a formula. The Formula rear bumper is much better for this type of custom setup because it doesnt have the openings in the bottom for the split style tailpipes. It actually looked pretty good...and you wouldnt have to take out all the area where the license plate is supposed to be...maybe paint it black and only cut out what you need to fit the tips.

Plan for right now is to get the tips, my friend has a set of the CME tips made for the dual exhaust valance that I am going to get, ill mock them up with some jackstands. Worst case I just run them in the stock location and say I technically have CME tips

Well unfortunately I have to abandon this for a number of reasons. The main one bring the guy making the 6LE tips cannot make a custom width and length for me. Second is because the tips are simply too large to make tuck up decent. The only way to make this work would be to get the wheelie bar bumper from VFN. And another reason was my friend is going turbo so I am getting his TSP True Duals and putting dummy tips on the rear.
