Default Trans Am CME Idea

I know this has been tossed around forever but I think I have a solid idea on how to make it happen. I recently installed a 6LE diffuser and noticed the 2 fins leave a gap under the license plate similar to the Camaro CME valance. If I use the 6LE CME tips with the inlet in the back and have them made 7 inches wide instead of the pics 9.5 they come in they will fit. Please excuse the roughness of these chops, I did this in photo bucket. Thoughts?

Here it is just thrown under there

And here it is with extra fins added, again imagine them there I had nothing to work with on this chop

I would rather see a valance for the formula bumper than this. It's like seeing a civic with dual exhaust cutouts with a single angled cannon on one side

It works on the camaros because the license plate is place higher. On bird's the plate is placed much lower.

Agreed
On a lowered car, that would spell trouble IMO. Our bumpers are made for tips, hard to improve on that design in my taste. The difuser already adds a coolness factor.

i like it if you could move the license plate up and recess the tips some...but the diffuser needs some work...looks like a set of curtains like that...lol.

If we had a smiley that was eating rice, I would have put that here. It looks good on Camaro's for a reason, their rear isn't as good as ours. And before people start hating about that, my brother has an SS and even he says it.
The rear of the Trans Am is great the way it is with the exhaust openings. Leave it alone.

exactly, trans ams just look better all around than camaros without cme (or atleast tips) and the SS hood. But with the SS hood and CME i put them pretty equal but still the trans am is way more aggresive looking.
