So I took the plunge. I havent gone all through yet and removed any remaining 3m tape and the few holes havent been filled yet but you guys get the idea... Onto the pics!

Shoulda left it on man... lol jk jk. Yeah it shouldn't be too hard to cut then re-weld them in closer or something. I just finished my exhaust today and it looks like im going to have to try and tuck the y pipe up more
I checked it so many times and it looked fine but i guess i just need to bang the floorboard.. Either way, still shouldn't be that hard and definitely more work than tips, that shouldn't take long at all.
