I have a firehawk now and would love it if someone made a repop hood because if any thing happens to mine I'm screwed no body makes a true hawk hood or wing so if I see one out there for 700 Hell yeah I'm going to pick it up. Carbon fiber or not, but that would be bad *** to have a carbon fiber firehawk hood and unique wing. 6le please let me know if u get that combo in production. Very interested!!!!!!

Only tossing around the idea of a stock Firehawk hood right now as there is one for sale in Vegas...
After we do the Camaro hood we want we may look into our own style Bird hood but with the new Q hood from VFN and others out there I don't see much room for improvement.

Mark its a toss up with bird hoods, especially the Firehawk. While I was still associatef with trufiber I tried to get a few LT hoods made, but like you know all too well, tons of interest, no buyers. I've got a few things on my head, ill see if I can get some drawings by Sunday

I would be interested if was a stock copy of a Firehawk hood. With or without stock heat extractors. Once you start adding a bunch of lovers and heat extractors everywhere, it reminds me of the local rice burners with zip-tied body kits. That would turn me away. To me it becomes too much and overpowers the hood and looks like the glue on hood lovers people stick on there cars. That's the reason why I never got a ws6 hood like everyone.
I still hope to someday order your FG sail panel as backup if I could somehow slow down my need for speed parts

I'd buy a replica Firehawk hood right now if you had it available. The Firehawk hood looks better than the Raptor - smoother lines, better-looking "nostrils", etc. I think there's a market for a clean, subtle hood. The tendency with Firebirds is to go "over-the-top" - look at hoods like the Superhawk, WSQ, etc. or body kits like the Wings West kit. Firebirds are already aggressive, and a lot of the options out there go a little overboard.
If you make a Firehawk replica, I'll be first in line with cash in hand.
EDIT: One thing I forgot, a replica hood would be lighter than an actual Firehawk hood. IIRC, the stock Firehawk hoods were advertised as fiberglass, but were very heavy, almost as heavy as the steel hoods. A lightweight version would be awesome - good looks and less front-end weight.

Hey what are you doing with your Iroc spoiler? I see you still have not gotten it put on the car... Why not send it to 6LE lol!

I'm scraping some money together to get the spoiler and some other parts painted/repaired. The T/A hatch I bought was damaged during shipping, and I have a T/A rear bumper that needs to get painted as well. The hatch alone is gonna cost $500 to get fixed. I want to get everything done at once. First things first, though, my car needs new wheels. I sold the ones I had (HP Evos) and I haven't bought new ones yet because Paypal was holding onto the money since I wasn't verified yet. I finally got that all squared away, so new wheels come first.
