Default Advice on getting stains out of carpet.

Trying to get a few stains out of the carpet side of my back seat. Any recommendations?

I've tried just using my Bissel carpet cleaner tools and spraying with Resolve carpet cleaning solution. Tried those little Carbona stain removal bottles. Tried mixing Oxi-clean in with carpet cleaner water. I've also been using hot water the whole time. I'm not sure what the stains are actually from as they were already there when I bought the car.

Any advice appreciated.

Folex. You can get it at Home Depot.

Then use a good quality carpet cleaner followed by a power wash.

Try some GM aerosol glass cleaner - it foams up, let it soak, scrub with a brush, and vacuum. I washed cars at a Chevy dealer when I was in HS and I saw that stuff get up dip stains, rust, spoiled milk...

I got some Folex and went over it Sunday for about an hour.

I'm going to hit it again this weekend, then call her done.

Nice job. Looks 100% better.

That stuff is amazing.

Great for removing blood stains...um, or so I hear anyway...

Wow, that really worked well. I'll have to keep that Folex stuff in mind should I need to remove any stains.

Simple Green + Carpet Brush attachment on a porter cable 7424. Haha I'm lazy...this works well though.

Not real cost effective if you don't already have the PC for other reasons
