That T/A looks pretty damn sick.

 

The Trans Am went 11.07 @ 124 mph this past Friday at Houston Royal Purple Raceway and has gone a best of 10.89 in the cooler weather . It is the original LS1 engine with MTI R1 cam and MTI ported heads , with Fast 102 intake and Fast throttle body , with a nitrous express 150 wet shot . 3200 vig. convertor with 3:42 gears . Weld RTS 18x9 front rims w/6.7 bs and 18x10 rears w/7.2 bs . I bought the Camaro with the SS front grille on it , haven't thought about changing it , I like the way it looks and eventually want to do the SS rear spoiler and hood , it has run a best of 10.57 with a 150 wet shot . I have sanded and polished the headlights and within a week they start to fog up again , I think I'll just get new ones when I can .

 

You have to seal the headlights, just an FYI

 

Yea mine were like that spent about 4 hours on them and been on car for 2 months with no problem...sits in the garage most of the time though...I even polished inside when I did the whistler mod....might jus be me but the camaro looks like a miata compared to the t/a.. makes me want one

And I like the black c5 z06's with the berger....Stared at that pic for a good 10 mins lol. Really been debating on doing a berger with stainless fill ins and emblems with a black manta and black rims, or keeping my chrome zr1's and plain rear valence.....

Both cars look good man, they both sound like animals. Treat the headlights like your paint, once you polish them up and get them where you like, wax/seal them to keep them looking good, or the plastic will oxidize in that Texas sun.

And I would swear some of you had sand in their crotch with how sensitive you get.

 

Its like twins. The TA is Arnold and well the leftover...! lol.
