That looks good yo! I've been throwin the same idea around in my head. Maybe some carbon fiber??? Have you had any clearance problems with the hood and what did you use for the mounting points?

No clearence issues but I bet it is close! I just ran a bolt down into my strut tower holds everything great. I might mess with one on the other side and see what I can come up with. Thanks for all your thoughts.

Ditto and bare aluminum IMO would make my day.
Simple, easy, removable for wire service without taking any chances with the wiring.

what is up with all these gay covers these days.. why don't people just make a piece of sheet metal and cover the whole engine bay if you don't want to see anything.

Pretty sure that's called a hood, and that's one reason why a lot of people keep them closed.

I like it. Im not crazy about the idea of tucking the wires either Ill deffently be stealing your idea and coming up with a set of my own.
