hydrocoated center console
Looks awesome...but what exactly is hydrocoating? Is it paint? Will it chip off? That's what I hate seeing is when people spray paint their interiors lol...but I know that isn't spray painted...just not too sure what it is.
ive watched videos of it and i talked to a guy that does hydrodipping, its like a coating. its print that floats on water. they spray a activator on the print and then dip the part in the water where the print is floating and it comes out like that and i believe they clear it after word. the guy i was talking to said it can with stand heat up to 500 degrees i think, dont quote me on that. its badass, i wanna do some parts in my formula.
