Took a trip to Gatlinburg in the TA
Hey everyone, me and a few friends took a trip down to Gatlinburg for spring break so we hit up the tail of the dragon and a few other nice roads while we were down there. I took my 94 Face lifted Trans Am GT 6 speed and my buddy took his G8 GT. Surprisingly, i got 27-28mpg both ways! anyways here's a few pics of what i can get uploaded right now (huge pics). I still don't have the pics from the tail uploaded yet but those will be to come. I haven't really posted much here on ls1tech but I figured these pics were worth it Hope you enjoy!
My friend took these pics so if you are interested and in the area, let me know and ill get him in contact with you.

Nice pictures. I was out there last summer and will be out there again this summer. Was about a 13hr drive for me (WI). The Dragon is such a fun road. The scenery out there is amazing. For the guys out there you should check out Fontana Dam. We took pictures right on it when we were there and it was a great location. Another good spot we found was a couple miles down from the beginning of the Dragon (we started on the opposite side of the rest stop thing on the one end). Fontana Dam is farther down from the side with the rest stop.
Hopefully will have a GoPro this year for on the Dragon.
