Finally made some progress!

Got em primed...

... and painted. (no clear coat in this picture)

I'm gonna buff them to get the orange peel out later on this week. I still haven't got my cam in so I haven't made much progress elsewhere....

I'll update when I can!

Oh and yes I know that the pcm cover is bent on the end. It fits up under the cowl better this way.

So I finally got some work done!

I got my cam and springs in (freakin' finally) and I got to tear into my engine. The cam is EPS 234/246 .601/.607ish and patriot gold dual springs. You can also see some of the tubing from deleting the EGR.

That was a good pic of my red coils and the valve covers before I painted them. Here's the after....

Maybe I should have painted my coil bracket too. Eh I might end up doing that. On anther note, I got my covers done! I also painted the plastic piece by the hood latch black to match. I still might go back and paint my windshield wiper reservoir.

I pretty happy with it so far! I have to finish installing the springs this weekend and hopefully I can get to the wire mod soon...

Since my dad's car seems to be popular, here are a couple of pics from this weekends local show, the Blue Suede Cruise.

Thanks! I'm trying to figure out if I want to paint the back side of my headlights black. I'm also contemplating the whistler mod.
