Default Question on Firebird leather colors

I need a new door panel fro my 98 Trans Am as mine has the crack in it. I have the dark color, charcoal or graphite whatever its called. Looks dark grey to me. I found a panal on CL out of a 94. Is this the same color does anyone know? Cant tell from the pic and dont wanna drive 45 min out to find its the wrong color. Thanks!

1998 interiors only had 3 colors: White, Taupe, and Dark Pewter. I know my 97 had the Graphite, but I can't say how many shades of gray off it will be.

Sorry to say, but it will be a few shades darker. The 97-99 Charcoal color is more like medium gray, its so light in comparison to 93-96 graphite and 00-02 Ebony( the darkest)

Thanks for the info guys, but there was no white in 98 as far as I know. Turns out the grey from the 94 is in fact even lighter then the dark grey in my 98 after taking a look at them . weird huh

You could get white in any Firebird or Trans Am convertible from 94-99. In 94, GM also offered a lighter medium grey as well. Maybe thats what ya got? Post pics if you can and I can tell ya. I always hate trying to buy interior parts, too many sellers generalize to much. Grey is grey, ya know If you didnt know exactly what to look for color wise and years, you'd drive yourself crazy trying to match F-body interior stuff.

I know right, apparently that's what it is the guy had for sale is the light grey. I guess its somewhat rare idk. No pics only on my phone and his camera wasnt that great. Hell I have an "Ebony" headliner in my 98 which has "Charcoal" interior and ya cant even tell its different then my buddies 98 unless you know what to look for. Matches the rest of the interior just fine

93-96 = Graphite. 97-99 = Charcoal. 00-02 = Ebony. Each shade darker than the previous.

I have a rare Camel interior. Ebony plastics and carpet with a "Camel" shade leather. I've seen very very few cars with it.

Sounds right to me, just hear everyone call the first 2 versions the same color all the time. I'm not a big fan of brown interior, but I have to admit that camel over black on yours does look good. I see that color usually in the green trans ams and camaros. My first f-body had that color but in cloth, a 95 Formula way back in 2000 haha n yup it was that hunter forest green or whatever its called. Miss that car
