Bad Mojo

My weather strip that lies between the door and the driver's side window (on the outside) has popped up near the edge of the door (above the handle).

Is there an easy way to get the little clips to pop back in? I tried just pushing it down with no luck. Do I need to remove the inside door panel to get to it and fix it? Or will it take (like I've been told at work) a "special tool", in other words, take it to the dealership?
