I had the same problem. I called them today. Extremely helpful but it still wouldn't go through. The only thing I can figure is my bank won't do it because it is Canada so I am going to call the bank tomorrow and see if they can fix it for me.

i havent received mine yet, but it did say that it could take 3-10 bus. days as well. Should i have received a tracking number or something because i didnt? cant wait to get the pen and try it out.

cant wait to use this, ive had a couple of chips on my camaro that kill me, but now hopfully this pen works wonders. watching my mailbox everyday to see if its here but nothing so far =/

Got mine - it wasn't exactly free though after $12 shipping (which cost Genicolor $2.10 to ship but I digress). Hopefully it works well.

i still havent received mine. i will wait one more day. Im not over filling because im not comfy with wetsanding. Im sure that over filling and wet sanding would be the best bet. Someone with knowledge will chime in

Also be carefull with wetsanding, you can buff it after 24h because it dries quickly. But usually , with the right amount of paint it shouldn't be necessary.
