I had the same problem. I called them today. Extremely helpful but it still wouldn't go through. The only thing I can figure is my bank won't do it because it is Canada so I am going to call the bank tomorrow and see if they can fix it for me.

i havent received mine yet, but it did say that it could take 3-10 bus. days as well. Should i have received a tracking number or something because i didnt? cant wait to get the pen and try it out.

Got mine - it wasn't exactly free though after $12 shipping (which cost Genicolor $2.10 to ship but I digress). Hopefully it works well.

Do you guys suggest overfilling the scratch then wetsanding it down?

 

i still havent received mine. i will wait one more day. Im not over filling because im not comfy with wetsanding. Im sure that over filling and wet sanding would be the best bet. Someone with knowledge will chime in

 

Hi, we charge $10.78 for shipping & handling(flat rate no matter where it's shipped Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Oregon, and the shipping is organized by a montreal based company because we sell over 2 million pens a year.

Also be carefull with wetsanding, you can buff it after 24h because it dries quickly. But usually , with the right amount of paint it shouldn't be necessary.

Hey I also ordered mine a while ago and still haven't received it. What is the best way to deal with you guys for a refund or to get this worked out.
