For those that use Simple Green, how much do you dilued it? I know the bottle says 1:10 or 1:30 depending upon application, but about how much do you dilude yours for when you're cleaning?

For engine bay, wheel wells and underneath, I use it straight but don't let dry. For the rest of the car, I use Dawn Dish Detergent & water.

I have never diluted it before... I only use it on the engine bay, tires and wheel wells....

Why would you use Dawn? Dish soap strips off the wax on your car... and would make your paint dry as hell You would have to wax the car every time that you wash it.

i would use dawn for like the first car wash of the year to get everything off...then wax it over. i wouldn't use dawn of soap like that for every car wash. still need to get my hands on simple green to clean up my engine bay..

Thanks for the replies. I did the 1:10 dilution when i washed the cars the other day, and it worked but it could've done a better job, maybe next time ill use it straight or maybe go like 1:5.
