^ LOL!

My visors' are in the way of my vert top clips when I want the top down. I'm 6'6" so they are also somewhat in my line of view I'd love to just do away with them. Like someone said, no reason to have them when you have sunglasses.

I could make more & sell them, but it sounds like I would get kicked off the site or put on restriction or something like that. Bummer.

Some guy was making front plates & selling them. I don't think he was a sponsor. Not sure how that works.

Sweet deal. I just made some yesterday because my driverside visor broke.

I like them. Ever since my driver side one fell into my lap going over a bump it reminded me how little I use them lol.

Anybody?

I don't believe its an anchor point but I'd put something back in its place to prevent any fabric from being unglued.if doing a whole new headliner I'd imagine it would be fine.

As long as the headliner is glued halfway decent and there's no water damage to the headliner, it should be fine.

In my case, there was some water damage towards the front of the headliner (from weatherstripping), so when I took the visors out, the headliner sagged almost touching the dash lol.

I plan on putting a new headliner up and visor delete's soon

Thanks to the OP and 94LTZ for the idea and lead on where to get them, I bought 2 sets and already installed one in my B4C... Looks even better than the pictures, I can't wait to install the other on my '02! I had no idea I despised my visors so much, LOL!

FYI, when I bought two sets from Hawks third gen, I had some sort of discount! Turned out to be just under $58 shipped for the two pairs, totally worth it

Dead hook, too much.

Silver.ws6, very nice! How much in materials? My trans am has the stock mounts for now, but if it's less than 30 bucks, I'd gladly copy you

About $15 and your stock mounts

1. Bondo or JB weld works also, I had to use it for my last coat since one of my bondo tubes got ruined (Autozone $6ish, just need the small mix tubes).

2. Spray paint (I used caliper paint that I had laying around already so pretty much any paint will work).

3. Sand paper ($4ish at autozone too, I think I used 180 grit and then something smoother that I had laying around).

4. Some plastic to sit on the rim of the hole (use the plastic to plug the hole they have and some bondo on top of that, I just cut out some plastic out of the protective case that the bondo came in)

These are actually really cool ideas. I use my sunvisors to help support my windshield sun shade, but, if I didn't, I think that I'd get a set. Good job, and great idea!

I did like silverWS.6 did using the factory base. Instead of bondo I used two part puddy Permatex I think, its blue in a 3 in long plastic tube. Stuffed it in the hole and smoothed it out with my finger leaving a small mound. let it dry, sanded and painted satin black

I would do this mod to mine, but my lady uses that mirror way too much to get rid of it!
