Temp & Compass Mirror Light Replacement I think I have found the solution to no light in the front when replacing the stock mirror with this one. I found this light fixture in a 2006 Chevy Uplander in the rear hatch area. It is curved which I believe will fit perfectly on the headliner area where th mirror is located. You just have to cut out an oblong circle so the light fixture will pop in place. There is a clip on one side and the wiring plug has another on the other side. I'm just going to route the two wires into the old mirror wires. I plan on doing this once the temps drop below 90 degrees.
