Had it done at a local exhaust shop, so nothing has numbers or angles. Just eyeball'd lol but the tips are about a foot long and they are 2.5" in diameter... I think. Lol i had some old quad tips i borrowed the Y collectors off of bent the pipes at an in ward angle coming out of the muffler. And then just before the tips start had the pipes ben back to a slight outward/upward angle. No brand names or part numbers... Sorry. Tips were only $15 a piece tho!

No prolem! I bought some short strand hair bondo glass and sanded the back side, so the filler will grab better, filled all the impressions (technically depressions since your beginning work on the back side of the plate.) lay it thick. You should have no plastic showing, or the filler may pop out one day when your scratching bugs off. then i took a hand held grinder and blasted all the raises from the bird off the front. This has terrible finish but youll b there all day with a DA sander. Lol thats tough plastic. Then i filled the front with the bondo glass. And sanded smooth it is a good idea to leave a good portion covered on the front as well. Just for strength. And tada! Smooth plate. I did this bc i will be decaling the car in a 70's style retro bird that will be stretch closer so the dimensions of my model year's. Thet will all be uniform. One on front plate, hood, sail panels, and tail light filler panel.
