well i cancelled the claim today...the ups guy came to pick it up today.. he said i needed to repackage it as it came so he could take it back and have it inspected... he said if they actually covered it i would get my money but they would keep the spoiler.. only had it insured for 150, the price i bought it for... and if they deny it i would have to worry about it being in transit 2 time and be damaged more.... i let the seller "wannabfast" know because he was interested in what they had to say.. he is an awesome guy offered and ended up giving me $50 dollars back.. so **** ups and thanks to ean

 

The heck? That's dumb. I don't recall my boss having to do that when UPS smashed up a PC that was shipped.

 

Pretty much the same story I got a while back. I ordered an SS spoiler off a member here, they even used that form fitting foam packing, when I got the spoiler both ends were cracked exactly where yours are and the box was ripped up. UPS basically told me to kick rocks...

 

yea i even called ups and they told me the same ****...
