I did some investigating on GMPartsDirect.com...the part # for the Pontiac plate with one switch opening is 10280510. It's described as PT-F/FLR and there's a pic of the plate. Now, when I entered 10280509 and 10280511 they also listed the same description PT-F/FLR and had the same price, but no pics. We know that 0510 has one switch hole and that a plate exists with 2 switch holes, then does it stand to reason that the 3rd part number could possibly be the blank plate?

I guess that we can all just buy the one with one hole and get a cover for it like the one that covers the ASR button on the Camaros without it. And drill drill drill extra holes for all of our switches. Or we can just cover it up with a Camaro emblem like that BUTTPLUG on e-bay did.

No 1LE that I've ever seen has a cover there. Why would it? There's nothing behind there, it's just an empty compartment (I use it for my cellphone). That plate on ebay looks like every convertible switch plate I've ever seen. Are you sure this part actually exists?

I have a real 1LE and there is nothing there. It's a little storage area that's used for gadgets. Here's a place that will help you:
www.jimmy-jams.com
I'd bet that they have a switch plate.
